The Haviland is a King suite located on the second floor of Fairholm and candidly captures the history of Fairholm. This suite belonged to the original builder, Thomas Haviland and showcases the high ceilings, curved glass bay windows, immaculate space with a fireplace and inlaid hardwood floors.

The Brecken is a King suite located on the very private third floor of Fairholm. This suite is the largest in size and features exposed wooden beams throughout, large jacuzzi tub and shower, with highlights like a fireplace and a private bath and additional seating area.
