Policies
- Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are based on a double occupancy (two persons per room).
- Provincial Sales Tax of 10%, Goods and Services Tax of 5% and gratuities are not included in room rates.
- Check-in time is between 4:00pm and 7:00pm unless otherwise pre-arranged. Kindly let us know if you plan on arriving after this time frame.
- Check-out time is 11:00am on the day of your departure.
- Some of our bedrooms can accommodate a third and fourth person at the cost of $25 per guest per night.
- We accept cash, American Express,Visa, MasterCard and certified cheques.
- We enjoy a non-smoking environment.
- No pets, please
- We can accommodate special dietary needs, please let us know when you make your booking.
Deposits
- For one night stays, we require a deposit of $100 to guarantee your room.
- For stays of 2 or more nights, a deposit equal to night will be taken.
Cancellation
- We require 14 days notice for cancellations in order for your deposit to be returned in full.
- If less than 14 days notice is given, but we are able to rebook your reservation, your deposit will be returned less a $30 cancellation fee for each room booked. If we are unable to rebook your reservation then the full amount for your stay will be charged. Early departures will also be charged for their full length of stay unless we're able to rebook the entire reservation.
